Makeup Removal Made Easy with PT Pure

While we enjoy buying new products to put on our faces, we often forget about those hard working products that take the products off at the end of the day. I always used to be pretty bad at removing my makeup correctly, usually only using it to take off eye makeup and opting for a warm washcloth to do the trick on the rest of my face before I applied my cleanser. Since I’ve swapped over to natural products, I’ve actually begun to enjoy the process of taking off my makeup at the end of the day. Removing all traces of that days face, before I start the ritual of cleansing, toning, and finally moisturising. Today I wanted to share with you the product that I find works the best in order to completely take off my makeup.

I swear by the PT Pure Natural Makeup Remover to take off my face and eye makeup. I take my reusable cotton wipe (or a cotton pad) and use this product to remove my brow and eye makeup and my face makeup. This remover contains skin loving goodies such as fractionated coconut oil, witch hazel, aloe vera, lavender oil, and jojoba oil. All these ingredients are very gentle on the skin but are powerful enough to work on acne prone skin too! This stuff wipes away all traces of makeup easily. It’s not the slightest bit drying on the skin either. The product is a duo phase product, so you need to shake it to mix the two liquids together. Once together, the liquid takes on a shimmering sparkly effect – it’s really quite unique! I’ve been using this every night for the past four months or so now, and I’ve just finished up my first bottle.

I’ve noticed that since I’ve been using this product, my brows and eyelashes are looking really good. I wonder if it’s as a result of the coconut oil (which is well known for assisting with the conditioning of the lashes) as well as the jojoba oil.

You would expect that this product would feel quite heavy on the skin due to the oils, but it is really very light and it doesn’t leave my skin feeling greasy or heavy. It also rinses off easily with a facecloth and a little warm water.

This is the best makeup remover I’ve come across so far and I’ve already repurchased a new bottle At $18.95 for around a 4 month supply (used daily), it’s also quite cost effective. I purchase this from Black Robin Skincare – their delivery and service is amazing!
