Ash Lash Care Natural Lash Conditioner

Ash Lash Care Natural Lash Conditioner

Before I made the swap to green beauty products, I used to swear by the product Revitalash. I’m sure many of you have heard of it, as it’s a wonder serum designed to help grow and condition your eyelashes. The problem with this product is that it isn’t all natural, and in fact contains phenoexyethanol which is one ingredient I avoid due to it’s known issues with skin irritation and its effects on the nervous system. When it comes to putting products near my eyes, I want to ensure the ingredients are as clean and natural as possible!

I was recently approached by Liliane who runs a New Zealand based company called Ash Lash Care and their hero product is the Lash Conditioner. This serum is designed to help condition your lashes and encourage growth. The ingredients are all natural extracts and there are no chemical or dangerous fillers. I’ve been using this lash conditioner for around 6 weeks now, so I thought I would share my thoughts!

I’ve been applying the Ash Lash Care Lash Conditioner at least once a day (and twice sometimes if I remember!) It’s very easy to apply, you just run the little brush along your lash line, as close to your eyelid as possible. It can be used on both the upper and bottom lashes, and while it is safe to use around the eyes, try not to get it actually IN your eyes! It feels a little wet on for a few seconds before it dries completely, and you can continue to apply eye makeup. This serum can also be used on the brows to help encourage hair growth.

For the first two weeks I didn’t notice much difference at all, and then from of out of nowhere, my eyelashes started to look really good. I noticed my mascara was looking and sitting on my lashes much better, and my lashes looked much thicker. I also seemed to be losing less lashes when I would take my makeup off at night.

Around the four week mark was when I noticed the growth of my lashes. While it’s hard to tell without mascara on, as my lashes are very light on the ends, they are definitely longer. So long, in fact, that my lashes are almost hitting my eyebrows when I wear mascara! The last time my lashes looked this good was when I was using Revitalash.

I remembered to take before photos (yay go me!) and in both photos I’m wearing a light coat of the Living Nature Mascara. While these aren’t the best photos, you can totally see in the bottom photo that my lashes look a lot longer – they are close to touching my brows!

I’m now using the Ash Lash Care Lash Conditioner every second day, and I’m excited to see whether my lashes continue to grow even longer and thicker. I am SO thrilled to have found a natural product that rivals Revitalash, and if you are looking for a lash conditioner, I highly recommend giving this product a try. You can purchase either the 3ml for $79.99 or the larger 6ml version for $99.99. Check it out online here
