One of the most versatile pieces you can have in your wardrobe is a khaki shirt. Khaki is one of those colours that can be worn year around, and shirts can by styled in so many ways throughout the seasons. They are a piece that is easy to wear and easy to find in the stores throughout the year.
The Khaki shirt I’m wearing in these photos was one of my best purchases this year. I bought it at the iD Designer Sale back in March, and it’s from the brand Storm. Normally this shirt would retail for around $240 but I picked mine up for an incredible $30! I love the snap fastening closures, and the tie detail around the waist that allows the shirt to be pulled in a little to give it a more flattering shape. Khaki shirts look great paired with skinny jeans or skirts, and can be worn open, closed or tucked in. I love pairing mine with wet look skinnies like these ones from Pagan Marie.
Khaki Shirt – Storm (here are some similar favourites here and here and here)
Jeans – Pagan Marie (same here)
Boots – Kmart (similar here)
Bag – Rebecca Minkoff (similar here and here)
Sunglasses – Collette Dinnagan (my faves!) (similar here)
I’ve shared this bag on the blog a few times now, and it’s one of my absolute favourite smaller bags that I own. I’m usually a silver gal, but I love the gold hardware on this bag, and the long tassels are such a fun and stylish touch.
