Nourished Life is one of my favourite online shopping stores, and if you spend a few minutes on the website, I’m sure you’ll see why. This site is an absolute mecca for those of us who love natural beauty products, and you are assured that every products on there is natural and/or organic. They have a massive selection of natural brands, and since they are an Australian site, the shipping to NZ is super quick (they ship worldwide too!) Plus, there’s free shipping for all Aussie members, and free shipping for Kiwis if you spend over $100.
Here’s what was inside my most recent Nourished Life order…. as always, if you’d like a full review of a product (once I’ve had a chance to try it thoroughly), let me know!!
I feel like I’ve used up so many of my masks lately, as I’ve been doing them pretty much every day, so I needed a bit of a restock. I decided to branch out and try and couple of new masks. One of these is the Swisse Manuka Honey Detoxifying Facial Mask. This contains charcoal and kaolin clay to draw impurities out of the skin. It also contains Manuka Honey which assists with soothing the skin and as an antibacterial. This mask has such good reviews on Nourished life, with 4.5 stars out of 5 which is pretty damn good. I’m really keen to see how this goes on my skin.
The next mask I got was the Andalou Naturals Brightening Pumpkin Honey Glycolic Mask. Notice a theme here? I’m loving my honey! This is an AHA mask designed to help remove the dead skin cells from the surface of the skin, and works to brighten and smooth the skin. This mask also has really good reviews (and was quite affordable!), so I’m keen to see how well it works and whether it helps with the dullness and roughness I can experience occasionally.
This is my second time buying the Acure Deep Root Conditioner and that’s because it is such an effective and hydrating conditioner. I use this on the ends and lengths of my hair, and I always notice such a difference in texture and softness when I do. This stuff is actually runnier than you’d expect for a hydrating conditioner, and that makes it easier to smooth over the hair. It has a delicious peppermint scent, and for the price, I think this one is really fab!
The second Swisse product in my order is the Swisse Deep Sea Hydrating Mist Toner. I’ve just about run out of my current La Mav Toner, and while I liked it, I want to give something else a try this time around. Again, this toner had amazing reviews and was really affordable. It’s also packed with goodies like Aloe Vera, Vitamin B3, and Deep Sea Minerals to really hydrate the skin. I’m hoping this is just what my skin needs, as people with blemished skin seem to love it!
I also took the opportunity to restock on my fave shampoo – the Madara Colour and Shine Shampoo. Silly me completely forgot to buy the conditioner (good one Sarah), but at least I have the Acure one I can use until my next order. I really like this shampoo – it leaves my hair feeling clean and silky soft!
And finally, I picked up the ECO Aroma Sleep Blend, which is an essential oil blend designed to help you sleep. I’m using this in my new Aroma Diffuser from Kmart each night before I go to bed to see if I have a less restless sleep. I might also grab a couple of other scents next time – there’s an Energizing Blend, and I feel like I need that to get me going in the morning!!
